It is also just half an hour away from the local beaches and 45 minutes from the foot of the Cevennes Mountains (the Southern part of the massif Central). Caveirac is a big village of nearly 4000 inhabitants, many of whom work in the nearby town of Nimes. You will find all the necessary services in the village or very close-by as you go towards Nimes.
