France continues to ease the lockdown restrictions.

All travel restrictions within France have been lifted and travel to France from other EU countries is now possible. Please check the exact conditions according to your personal situation before you travel

We are offering a full service taking on new mandates and organising accompanied property viewings with those clients who are able to travel. Please note that we are following government guidelines on all security measures to be taken to ensure everyone’s safety. We will let you know further details when arranging your visit.

If you are not able to come out for viewings we can put together a property list, send you available information and material on your preferred properties and accompany you on live virtual tours. In addition we have an e-signing facility for all legal documents

The Secret of La Chapelle d'Abondance

This amazing, pretty and friendly village next door to Chatel in my opinion does not hit the headlines as often as it should and falls behind with its presence in the media. This lesser known village is in the heart of the Portes du Soleil and offers a huge amount for tourists, second home owners and locals alike.

The new connection lifts in Chatel have opened up the valley massively, incorporating La Chapelle d'Abondance in its outer perimeters. Chatel taking over the lift management allows for well maintained ski areas, more ski buses and a useful hub for an alternative place to start your day skiing.

Due to its orientation La Chapelle is one of the sunniest villages in the valley. Spectacular views of the surrounding French and Swiss mountains makes for a great all year round destination giving you the opportunity to ski, mountain bike, walk or just while away photo-3the day on the terrace of one of the fabulous restaurants in the village.

The comparison between Chatel and La Chapelle is quite apparent. The hectic building in Chatel will of course bring more tourists and boost the economy allowing for more infrastructure and facilities for both villages. 

With La Chapelle being on average around 20% cheaper than Chatel it makes for a great purchase as the only way the market will go is up. Chatel is the driving force of the valley however we are seeing a change in people's needs and wants rendering La Chapelle a more exclusive area.
