Since Monday, May 11, France has begun a gradual easing of its Covid-19 lockdown measures

France has partially eased the restrictions and we are now able to go out and about. We are once again viewing properties with our clients and taking on new mandates whilst still respecting the social distancing safety measures.

French residents are now allowed to travel up to 100km from their homes so if you live within this distance from the region where you would like to buy your property we can arrange your viewings straight away. If you live further away we are happy to help you to prepare your viewing trip together in anticipation of travel restrictions being lifted further. We can put together a property list, send you available information and material on your preferred properties and accompany you on live virtual tours.

We continue to live through difficult times during the current crisis but we would like to reassure our clients, buyers and sellers, that we continue to offer the highest level of service to our clients.     Caveirac is the first village of the Vaunage that you come to after leaving the town of Nimes. It is sometimes referred to as “la Porte de la Vaunage” (the gateway to the Vaunage Valley). It is situated 8 km from Nimes, 35 km from Uzes, 40 km from Arles, 50 km from Montpellier and 50 km from Avignon. It is also just half an hour away from the local beaches and 45 minutes from the foot of the Cevennes Mountains (the Southern part of the massif Central). Caveirac is a big village of nearly 4000 inhabitants, many of whom work in the nearby town of Nimes. You will find all the necessary services in the village or very close-by as you go towards Nimes. You will appreciate the elegant architecture of its chateau and Village Square as well as the quite active cultural life of the village.
